It is the biggest Brazilian land purchasing in numbers of units finished and sold and quantity of places of operation on this segment. Only in 2007, year that the Company officialized its inclusion in the Stock Exchange of São Paulo, the Valor Geral de Vendas (VGV) of the real state obtained R$ 1,8 billion and the Company have already registered a land bank to build more than 114.200 units.
